Cake flavors

Vanilla

Standard vanilla or white. Crowd-pleaser, highly versatile. Pair with exotic flavorings such as citrus or hazelnut. Available in gluten free by request.

Chocolate

Rich triple chocolate fudge. Melts in your mouth, pairs well with cream cheese frosting or basic buttercream. Available in gluten free by request.

Red velvet

Chocolate’s fancy, rich cousin. Pairs well with cream cheese frosting.

Carrot

Does not taste like carrots, unless by carrots you mean amazing with subtle spices and a weird sense of being at grandma’s house.

Lemon

Tastes like lemons

Butterscotch

A rich, buttery flavor that didn’t come from Werther’s. Pairs well with basic buttercream or chocolate filling.

Strawberry

Bright pink strawberry cake with fresh berries cut into the filling.

Funfetti

Its vanilla.. but with sprinkles.

Tres Leches

A lightweight and creamy cake. Will only grace this slice of fluff with whipped cream frosting. Must be refrigerated.

Strawberry champage

Bubbly strawberry cake with fresh, pureed strawberries swirled throughout

Almond

This is another warm flavor, with notes of butter and almond throughout. Pairs well with white chocolate mousse or buttercream.

Dulce de Leche

A caramel-y, buttery vanilla cake with hints of caramel throughout.

Frostings and fillings

Buttercream

Standard cake frosting. Highly versatile without being generic. Available in gluten free by request.

Chocolate

Creamy, richy chocolate frosting.

Citrus

Lip-puckering citrus flavors. Pairs well with vanilla cake. Fresh fruit addition available upon request.

Peppermint

A holiday favorite, peppermint goes well with either a vanilla or chocolate cake.

White chocolate mousse

Warm, white chocolate mousse pairs well with vanillas and chocolates

Lemon curd

Bavarian cream, but make it lemon.

An infusion of Rose’ for your girls brunch.

Tequila infusion

Infusion of tequila, pairs best with a citrus cake (drunken bad decisions not included)
