Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 TSP baking soda
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 8 TBSP melted butter
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside
- Combine sugar, bananas eggs, butter, sour cream and vanilla extract. Mixture will be lumpy
- Add flour mixture to banana mixture, combine gently. Do not over mix
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Bake one hour
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving
