• 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 TSP baking soda
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 8 TBSP melted butter
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside
  • Combine sugar, bananas eggs, butter, sour cream and vanilla extract. Mixture will be lumpy
  • Add flour mixture to banana mixture, combine gently. Do not over mix
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Bake one hour
  • Let cool 5 minutes before serving
