Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 LB hot Italian sausage
- 1 can olives, diced
- 1 jar traditional marinara sauce
- 1 jar traditional alfredo sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- Rigatoni noodles
Steps
- In a large pot, cook diced chicken and Italian sausage
- Add marinara and bring to a boil, then simmer 20 minutes
- Pour in all ingredients except alfredo and cook 40 minutes, covered
- While the sauce is cooking, boil rigatoni noodles until al dente
- Pour in alfredo and cook 10 minutes until heated through
- Serve over rigatoni noodles
