• 2 chicken breast
  • 1 LB hot Italian sausage
  • 1 can olives, diced
  • 1 jar traditional marinara sauce
  • 1 jar traditional alfredo sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • Rigatoni noodles


  • In a large pot, cook diced chicken and Italian sausage
  • Add marinara and bring to a boil, then simmer 20 minutes
  • Pour in all ingredients except alfredo and cook 40 minutes, covered
  • While the sauce is cooking, boil rigatoni noodles until al dente
  • Pour in alfredo and cook 10 minutes until heated through
  • Serve over rigatoni noodles
